At Alta Societá ,we take pride in our handcrafted leather goods and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, please review our refund, return, and exchange policies.
1. Returns & Exchanges
1.1. We accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 24 hours of delivery.
1.2. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition.
- In the original packaging, with all tags attached.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.
1.3. Exclusions: - Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective due to manufacturing.
- Normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage is not covered.
2. Return & Exchange Process

- A description of the issue.
- Photos (if applicable).
2.2. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Items must be shipped within 48 hours after approval.
2.3. Exchanges will be processed once the returned item is inspected. If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will offer a refund, exchange or store credit.
2.4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for defective or incorrect items.
3. Refunds
3.1. Refunds are issued in the original payment method within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
