1. Delivery Areas & Timeframes
1.1. We offer delivery within South Africa and may ship internationally upon request.
1.2. Estimated delivery times:
- Local (Within Johannesburg / Pretoria area): [2-3 business days]
- National (South Africa): [3-7 business days]

1.3. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
2. Delivery Fees
2.1. Shipping fees vary based on location and order size. Final costs will be displayed at checkout.
2.2. Free shipping may be available on orders above [R2000].
2.3. Any additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees (for international orders) are the buyer’s responsibility.
3. Order Processing & Tracking
3.1. Orders are processed within [1-3 business days] after payment confirmation.
3.2. Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
3.3. If a delivery is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us for assistance.
4. Failed Deliveries & Address Issues
4.1. Customers must provide accurate shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses.
4.2. If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient:
- The courier may attempt one re-delivery.
- Additional delivery fees may apply for further attempts.
4.3. If an order is returned to us due to non-delivery, a re-shipment fee will be charged.
5. Damaged or Lost Shipments
5.1. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
5.2. We will assist in filing a claim with the courier and may offer a replacement or refund.
5.3. If a package is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier and take appropriate action.
6. In-Store Pickup (Unavailable)
At present Alta Societá does not offer in-store pickup.
